Focus25:00
Builds a short lesson plus quiz for each topic in this document.
Applied mini-cases per topic. Practise advising on real
situations, then compare with a model answer.
Exam-style written questions per topic. Write your answer, then get
formative feedback against the points.
Multi-part calculation questions per topic. Enter each number; marking
is exact (server-checked, with error carried forward).
CM1 Paper-B style modelling: download a starter workbook, build the
model in a spreadsheet, and upload it. Marking is exact
(server-checked cell values, no AI). Free — no credits.
A grounded chat: every reply cites the pages in your source material. Scroll up to

Generates page-cited cards from this document’s source material.
A mixed exam drawn from your lesson questions across every topic.
Generate lessons first if you have none.
A timed mock mixing quiz, written, calculation and Excel tasks. The clock is
a guide: submit when you're done and everything gets formative feedback at once.
Readiness evidence drawn from everything you've studied. A formative guide,
not a guarantee: exam-style practice counts most.

study content across all of them.

Pick the examining body and the paper you want to prepare for.
Materials
Tag your notes to this paper and confirm they're on-topic. Quarantined
documents are skipped when generating. Checking relevance uses AI credits.

Uploading the syllabus shares it publicly with everyone preparing this
paper & sitting — we keep one copy per paper. If a shared syllabus already exists,
yours is saved as your private override, used only in your prep.

Syllabus & coverage
Parse the paper's syllabus into items, then map which material pages cover
which items. Curated generation draws only on what you map.
Map a material to syllabus items
Reads the chosen material and proposes mappings to accept. Set a page range to do
one chapter — leaving it blank reads the whole PDF, which can cost a lot of credits
on a big document.
Generate from the map
Builds study content for each mapped syllabus item, drawing only on the
pages you mapped. Unmapped items are skipped.
Progress
Generated, Studied and Tested are separate shares of the whole syllabus.
Readiness is your recent passmark across all items (untested or stale results
count as 0), shown globally and per section.
Generate study content
Build study material across all the active documents in this prep —
each generator draws only on the material classes that apply to it.
Generating uses AI credits and can take a minute.

Top up with M-Pesa
Choose an amount, enter your M-Pesa number, and approve the prompt on
your phone. Paid credits roll over.
How pricing works
Most generations cost only a few cents — you pay for what you actually use.
A KES 250/month platform fee is taken from your first top-up each month.
Paid credits roll over; your free trial credits expire after 7 days.

Mortality tables
A shared library of mortality tables (age → qx / qy). Upload one
from a CSV, browse the rates, and export. Anyone can view; only the
uploader can delete their own.
No mortality tables yet. Upload one to get started.
Upload a mortality table
Provide a CSV with age, qx (male) and qy (female)
columns. Ages must be continuous and rates between 0 and 1.
How to use the study workspace
The loop
Upload a PDF of your study notes to the library on the left.
Process it once — the app reads and indexes every page and
detects the subject.
Tag the exam paper (e.g. IFoA · CM1). When the paper has an
official syllabus attached, everything you generate is aligned with it, and
Readiness can measure your syllabus coverage.
Generate and study in any tab — every lesson, drill, card, and
question is built from your notes, with clickable page references.
Test yourself with quizzes, written answers, and timed mocks.
Results feed your weak areas and readiness score.
Come back daily — items resurface on a spaced-repetition
schedule, just before you would forget them.
The tabs
Lessons
Micro-lessons per topic, taught in beats: the problem, the idea, the formula, a
worked example, the trap — with a quick check after each small section. After
tackling a check, tap “One more on this section” to drill that exact section
with a fresh question; hide checks while reading if you prefer. Finish to
record your review.
Drills
Applied mini-scenarios: a realistic situation, a question that asks you to
advise or analyse, then self-rate against the model marking points.
Written
Exam-style written questions with a marking schedule. Type your answer and it
is marked point by point with formative feedback — practice, not a verdict.
Calc
Multi-part calculation questions built from your notes. Enter each number and
the server checks it exactly against its own computed answer, with error
carried forward for method marks. No AI judgement in these marks.
Ask
Ask anything about your documents. Answers come only from your notes (plus the
official syllabus when the paper is tagged), always with page citations.
Flashcards
Question-and-answer cards generated batch by batch through the whole document.
Rate your recall; the schedule decides when each card returns.
Quizzes
A mixed quiz from your lesson questions. Ones you got wrong come back first,
and every attempt updates your weak areas by topic.
Mock
A timed mini-paper (MCQs + a written question) at real exam pace — about 1.8
minutes per mark. Your attempt history shows the trend.
Readiness
The “am I ready?” view: syllabus coverage, recall, practice, and exam-style
scores, the weakest objectives, and the single most useful next action. Set a
target sitting date to get a suggested daily pace.
Good to know
AI is included — no API keys. You pay only for what you use
(your AI credits). Start with free credits, then top up in Wallet.
See the syllabus — once the paper is tagged, “Show syllabus”
(next to the paper tag) lists the official objectives your study is aligned
with and Readiness measures against — or open the full syllabus PDF in the
viewer.
Study pages — scope any tab to a page range (e.g. “67-89”) to
study one chapter at a time.
Everything is cited — click any page reference to open the PDF
at the exact source.
Focus bar — study in short timed blocks with movement breaks.
Small chunks beat marathons.

Past papers
Upload a sitting's question paper and its examiner's report, then generate
written practice marked against the official marking points. IFoA publishes an
examiner's report rather than a separate mark scheme, so the examiner's report
alone is enough — a mark scheme is optional, for bodies that publish one. Your
past papers are private to you.
